We are looking for PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME enthusiastic self-starters, who are eager to learn & understand the jewelry industry while providing top-notch customer service. We are a small business with a tight-knit team who must continuously work together to achieve sales & customer satisfaction goals. Weekend availability is a must.

The ideal Sales Associate/Jewelry Consultant is responsible for developing positive relationships with clients, culminating in merchandise sales and repeat customers. This goal is accomplished by providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating superior product knowledge, a keen understanding of the jewelry industry, and by creating a shopping experience that will make all customers feel welcome and comfortable, especially during periods of high volume. The associate is also responsible for fulfilling and performing other duties as necessary, as we are a small team where everyone is expected to contribute to overall store goals. No prior knowledge of the jewelry industry is required (though it is a plus), but the ideal candidate will have customer service experience and an ability to maintain calm professionalism throughout an array of situations.
  • High School Degree (college credit is a plus)
  • 3 years of sales associate and/or customer service experience
  • Proficient with technology, point of sales systems, client management systems, and the ability to learn industry-specific software
  • Excellent phone & communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in a customer service/sales/retail setting
  • Must be available to work weekends & holidays
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to understand and memorize details about available inventory
  • To acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service
  • Greets and welcomes clients throughout all areas of the store
  • Connects with clients in a friendly and meaningful way
  • Enhance the client experience and provides clients advice and knowledge that they may not have realized they needed
  • Makes every client interaction a personal and seamless experience
  • Educates self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policy and services
  • Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge
  • Recommends merchandise based on expert product knowledge and client preferences, regardless of department or channel
  • Graciously takes returns and offers new options based on client’s needs
  • Takes an omnitude approach to identify and recommend merchandise across all channels
  • Cultivate and grow client base
  • Cultivates the client relationship through personalized connection
  • Assists in operational tasks (actively maintains cleanliness of selling floor, fills in stock as needed, create pleasing visual displays of merchandise, help clean store and back working areas as needed)
